A year ago, I set off on a journey that I never would've imagined I would ever get myself into.
Today, we just hit 10,000 followers. Yes, I said that: WE did it. Everybody deserves to celebrate this achievement because you guys have been a such a huge part of this journey with me. Whether it was reading your comments on EVERY post or answering ALL of your DMs, I want to give the #SPARKFAM a special shoutout, since this wouldn't be made possible without you all.
10k means a lot being a guy who loves basketball. I created this account to bring people together, and while some of you guys have the craziest hot takes or stats, I enjoy hearing them and learning from them.
To the relationships I have been able to build to the countless debates on who the GOAT is, sharing the same love for the game of basketball has helped me find a newfound passion for the sport. To be able to build this platform has helped me see the game in new perspectives and learn so much from the smartest sports fans all across the globe.
I can't thank you all enough for the constant love and support you guys have given me over the past year. Now, this isn't the end; 10k is just the start.
